- Represented the purchaser in the successful acquisition of an office building from Hydro Québec in the amount of $25,500,000.00 and secured financing from Addenda Capital Inc.
- Represented the purchaser in the purchase and sale of a prominent enclosed mall and adjacent land in the aggregate amount of $62,000,000.00 and secured financing with Laurentian Bank of Canada and Equitable Bank. This transaction ranked in Québec’s top 10 real estate transactions of 2020.
- Represented the purchaser in the successful acquisition of an office building with a residential component in Québec City in the amount of $43,650,000.00 and secured financing with the Royal Bank of Canada.
- Represented the purchaser in the negotiation of an agreement of purchase and sale and financing of approximately 42 properties from Cominar Real Estate Investment Trust (Cominar REIT) for an approximate purchase price of $1,500,000,000.00, such transaction forming part of an arrangement agreement for an approximate purchase price of $5,700,000,000.00.
- Represented the vendor in the successful disposition of an industrial portfolio comprised of 4 industrial assets in the aggregate amount of $116,000,000.00. This transaction ranked in Québec’s top 10 real estate transactions of 2020.
- Represented the vendor in the successful disposition of an industrial property located at 5000 TransCanadian Highway, hosting GM Motors, as tenant, in the amount of $65,000,000.00.
- Represented the landlord in the lease negotiations with an American aerospace manufacturer with global services operations for the leasing of office space in the City of Longueuil having a leasable area of 33,200 square feet.
- Represented the landlord in the lease negotiations with a video game development company for the leasing of office space in the City of Quebec having a leasable area of 36,000 square feet.

Anthony is a lawyer and founder of AMC Lawyers. His practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, partnership and co-ownership agreements, commercial leasing for both tenants and landlords, and real estate financing.
He is regularly called up to assist tenants, owners, developers, property and asset managers alike in all phases of their real estate transactions, whether it be to draft, negotiation or review a variety of commercial agreements.
Having led one of Québec’s largest private real estate owners’ in-house legal department for several years, Anthony has advised on and negotiated some of Québec’s most prominent real estate transactions since he started his practice, several of those transactions being ranked as the biggest real estate transactions in the province.
His experience in-house allowed him to adopt a sophisticated business and operational approach which allows him to further understand his client’s needs, concerns and vulnerabilities beyond the law.
Anthony also brings a wealth of experience in corporate and business law matters. He assists his clients with corporate governance, structuring, reorganizations, partnership and shareholders’ agreements.
